- We offer a maintenance service for rental premises ensuring we use quality and reliable products at an affordable price to ensure reduced long term running costs for reliable landlords.
- We offer a renovation service for new landlords or home owners who have purchased that “fixer upper” with a view of future rental opportunities.
- We also offer the service of rental manager for our own properties at affordable prices with the added option for donors to provide their much loved homes to be rented out on their behalf part of our new letting feature. All rental properties are subject to annual reviews, fortnightly window cleaning, house cleaning and gardening to offer landlords the security of a well-maintained property and the tenant the ease of a well-maintained home. All costs are factored into the initial rental fee’s.
